Project overview
TechFerment built a comprehensive customized management system for Shri Ambica Plastic Industries to streamline financial operations, employee tracking, and payroll processing. The platform acts as a centralized hub to minimize manual calculation errors, track real-time wallet balances, and keep workforce operations transparent.
Challenge
Day-to-day operations relied on manual ledgers and fragmented tracking for wallets, parties, full-time staff, and daily wage laborers. Without a single system, wallet visibility, attendance accuracy, and payroll calculations were error-prone and hard to audit.
Our approach
We delivered the platform in a structured four-phase rollout over 10-12 days: secure infrastructure and employee directory first, then the core wallet and party ledger engine, followed by salary formulas, notifications, reporting, and production deployment with UAT.

Design solution
A purpose-built CMS covering four engines: Wallet System (party ledger, main wallet, bank movement logs, expenses with receipt attachments), Employee & Directory (full-time and loose labor profiles), Attendance with cost analytics, and a Notification & Flag system that highlights discrepancies with comment-based resolution workflows.
Results
Shri Ambica Plastic Industries gained a single operational source of truth for wallets, workforce, and attendance—reducing manual errors and improving financial transparency across the business.
